Mohanlal Verma Educational Institute is situated at Palhari, 4 Km away from
Barabanki District Head Quarter on Lucknow – Faizabad National Highway. As the
city could furnish only a couple of institutes providing higher education, most
of the deserving students were kept deprived of higher education. In such
circumstances, an institute for higher education was highly needed for students.
Keeping in view the needs of the students and the demand of the society, our
honorable “Babu Ji” (Honorable Sri Beni Prasad Verma Ji) decided to establish an
institute of higher education after the name of his respectable father.

The degree college covers up to 10 acre of land with high physical structure.
Classes of arts and commerce are running in the college campus. The degree
college has its own grand building which includes 15 lecture rooms, 2 teachers
room, library, conference hall, student’s common room, Principal room, office,
manager's room, meeting room, sports room and store room available each one as
per the standards specified. Each room has enough arrangements of fan and
lights. There is a flower garden in front of the building of Degree College
which contains various types of colorful flowers.
